Records in HubSpot (such as contact, companies, deals) are labeled and sorted using properties.
Some of these exist out of the box: HubSpot's default company properties
If you’re not finding one that you need, you can create a new one: Create and edit properties
Once maintained, you can create lists and filters based on these property values:
