We have HS and Jira integration set up, you can open a Jira from HS (too much customization) or connect an HS ticket to a Jora case.
The problem is that now every comment/note added to the HS case is automatically copied to Jira, things that have nothing to do with the Jira case, even internal notes are copied.
Looking for a solution to have Jira update the HS ticket in any change done on the Jira side so the support team can get notified somehting changed inside the case and not just by an email.
@OAlterescu Hi there
My name is Olivia and I am happy to help!
It’s possible I may not have understand your issue 100% but it sounds like you don’t want notes and comments from HS syncing to the ticket’s associated Jira ticket. Is that right? You can acutally turn this option off when associating the jira to the HS ticket. I have atttached an image below.
If this does not solve you rproblem, would you mind letting me know a little bit more about your current process and what needs to change?
I would be happy to dive into it with you and explore other options
@_MMDL You can either create the ticket manually and fill in the ticket fields manualy or you can use HS workflows to create new tickets. The ‘create ticket’ action in the workflow can be prefilled with your preferred details. See here Connect HubSpot and Jira
I´m already using a workflow to create the Jira Ticket, but the tickets created don´t have the syncing checkbox enabled by default, that’s what I’m asking, how to enable that, while creating or after the ticket is created.
