We enabled the Jira integration. Jira issues are created from Hubspot fine. But when we change the status in Jira of the issue the status never gets synced back to Hubspot. When enabling the integration it als show that it wants permissions for “creating webhooks” in Jira. But when I look at the Jira webhooks, no webhook is created. I think this has something to do with it, because how would Hubspot know if there are any changes made to an issue?
Any idea’s how we can solve this? Thanks!

If I recall how the Jira integration works correctly, the status of the ticket in Jira will not change the status in HubSpot but will rather be synced to a custom property ‘Jira Issue Status’.
Were you hoping HubSpot ticket status would be updated, or is it this sync to the custom property that is not working?
Hi Phil, thanks for the reply. We tested with multiple tickets and our conclusion is that it just takes some time to get the “Jira Issue Status” updated. This takes sometimes a few hours. In the documentation it also says that it can take a few hours. So for know we can use the integration
