Jira Integration additional properties

Jira offers many different properties in order to navigate, filter and improve workflows.

Now, it would be awesome if more of these properties would be linkable to hubspot.

  • Labels (dropdown of existing and create new ones)
  • Priority (link with Hubspot ticket priority and just ignore “highest” and “lowest” from Jira)
  • Story points
  • Link deadline date
  • Author and Assignee (auto assign the logged in Hubspot user)

It would be nice to have these properties already available when manually creating a Jira ticket from Hubspot ticket as well as filtering tickets in Hubspot and using workflows along with the properties.

Service teams will benefit from increased velocity, the goal would be to ease connection to developers.

yeah honestly bullet 5 is kinda embarrassing that it works that way today
