1-on-1 Chat: Direct communication between two users to resolve quick queries and coordinate tasks.

Group Chats: Conversation spaces by team or specific users to collaborate on projects or common topics.
Odoo has it in its system, and others do too

Now, with the introduction of HubSpot Teamwork, an internal chat function would be great and actually necessary for us to be able to completely drop ClickUp and Project Management System and rely completely on HubSpot.
