We have a range of sales and marketing users who wish to discuss specific sales (contacts, companies, deals etc. ) or marketing (forms, lists, campaigns, email flows etc.) items between themselves but stay in HubSpot where they can point to the specific item in discussion.
There is no internal chat function (which should then obviously be linked to all our exiting slack setup), but adding one would be a huge help for our staff on hubspot execution stuff.
Yes, I agree. This would be a huge help and keep everything nice and clean withing HubSpot.
I was looking for a function like this to help encourage buy-in with our teams as we implement HubSpot through the company, more for sharing ‘how to use’ tips and tricks and to communicate upcoming internal training etc, all while getting them actually using HubSpot - rather than having to email or use Teams for messaging which seems a little counter-intuitive. Would be very handy.

Now, with the introduction of HubSpot Teamwork, an internal chat function would be great and actually necessary for us to be able to completely drop ClickUp and Project Management System and rely completely on HubSpot.
