It would be great conversations with the AI support agent were logged within your support inbox.
Ie a user asks a quiestion to HubSpot support and the AI answers. It woul dbe nice to have the option to be able to add this conversation and subsequent answer to the support inbox instead of having to add to an external doc/note taker.
