Integration from LeadConduit failed

I have a client that uses Hubspot for their CRM, and we use a Leadconduit widget to integrate. The client created an account for me in their hubspot. When I try to set up the integration piece, I come to a page that says I do not have permissions to connect to this app.

it links to this page:

where it suggests giving me App Marketplace permissions.. which they say they did, and the other suggesting giving Super Admin permissions, which neither of us want.

I created my own test account, and the integration worked fine.

Surely it cannot be true that one needs a super admin account to use an api to create a new contact?

any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks

Hey, @BKilmer. Is this app listed in our Marketplace? I didn’t see it, and I want to be 100% sure. If it’s not listed, my suggestion is to reach out to the app creator themselves and request a list of the required scopes.

Additionally, if you have a moment, we can try collecting a HAR file. This can contain more details and let us know which specific scopes are required for this app. Full steps — Collect HAR file.

  • Go to the page
  • Follow the browser set up steps in the above instructions
  • Perform the steps to cause the error (going through the installation flow in this case)
  • Save the HAR file

If you collect the HAR file, reply here, and I’ll get us our next steps.

Best,

Jaycee

Well apparently I hit the reply for the email… and not the reply link…
should probably make that more clear?
Attached in the .har file
in looking at it myself.. it seems like a permission issue?

But I have no idea how to resolve it with the client…
they gave me limited access

Hey, @BKilmer. It looks like your images didn’t attach. Can you try again, please?

Did you get the har file?
I attached rather than embed this time
Thanks
Brian
