Hello, good day. I’m experiencing this issue: I’m encountering this error with OAuth access for non-superadmin users. Upon reading the documentation, it suggests that I should grant them access to the App Marketplace Permissions, which has already been done, yet the error persists. Thankful for your prompt response.

Thanks for your question. Looking at the Resolve a ‘Request for Integration Permissions’ error article, if that didn’t work, you may need to give them super admin permissions — “If granting the user with these permissions does not work you will need to give them Super Admin permissions to resolve the error.”
If you have access to HubSpot support, filing a support ticket may yield you more insight into what scope or permission is missing in your specific case.

We’ve already tried the suggested solution, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. Regarding the option of granting “superadministrator” permissions, it is unacceptable for us. We base our app on roles, and granting permissions to all users is not an option. As for raising a ticket, we have already done that, and it led us to seek help in the forum.
Please Jaycee, we need your support on this matter and some possible solutions since we have already reviewed and tested everything on our end, and we have not found a potential solution. This issue is causing significant financial losses for both us and our client, and we truly hope to receive a more specific response.
