Is it possible to insert pictures, logo in snippets?

No, snippets are meant for text expansion only. If you need to include images, your best options would be templates: Create and send message templates

To be able to have quick replies, Snippets in Hubspot, with text and image I think it is fundamental.
I don’t understand how this option is not offered when the vast majority of customer service software has an integrated text + image quick replies function.
