@VRonan to clarify, are you sending a Marketing Email or Sales Email - the thread topic says sales, but your message says marketing, just want to make sure we’re tackling the right issue.
I have absolutely no idea I’m afraid. I’m new to Hubspot and so far I hate it, but my marketing guys say its the best, so I am trying to learn to like it. I’m sure the alternatives would be just as difficult to someone who has never used a CRM before. It’s very complicated and the help is way above my head, and I am not computer illiterate.
I want to have the enquires come in, deal with them, file them in leads, or sales or whatever, maybe send an automatic reply to some. Reply directly to others. Regardless of whether its sales or marketing I need aan email that I can get into Hubspot and send out with that email on it and people can reply to. Does that help? Right now, I can set up forwarding and it works, they come in, but I cant send out from the right address, so I need to connect it, but it’s not playing! I’m also well aware that I do not understand it at all.
