Hi, this morning I sent an email, but it wasn’t sent from my normal own adress. People got the email from: …@hubspotfree.hs-send.com> . Does someone know why this is?
Hi @ARaijmakers,
Have you connected an email sending domain and authenticated it? If not, that would explain it: Manage your email authentication
Make sure to check those settings and let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
Hi Karsten, thank you I will look into that. Is this something new? Because in January I had no problems.
@ARaijmakers Google enforced new requirements as of February this year and HubSpot reacted to those requirements: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Releases-and-Updates/Google-and-Yahoo-have-hired-a-digital-bouncer-but-we-re-here-to/ba-p/880268
Hi @karstenkoehler, I am trying to connect, but it looks like I dont have the right options.
I went to settings > tools > content > domains & URLs > connect domain. And then I only get the pirmary option. Do you know why? Thank you!
@ARaijmakers can you please share a screenshot? Which subscription level are you on?
@ARaijmakers when you proceed to connect a domain, what exactly isn’t working?
@karstenkoehler I cant select ‘e-mail sending domain’. He goes straight to ‘primary domain’.
@karstenkoehler do you maybe know why this is?
