Hey HubSpot community,
Does anyone have any solutions for importing past payment records into HubSpot? Since we are located outside USA, we can’t use the HubSpot payments tool or the built in Stripe integration so we thought we could just download a CSV of all our past payment records and import it into HubSpot for reporting purposes but it seems like this is not possible unless we upgrade to a Enterprise tier Hub and make a custom object property to store all these records.

Currently, HubSpot does not offer a built-in functionality for importing payment transactions. The options you mentioned are indeed the workarounds for this situation.
I kindly request you to consider giving your support by upvoting the idea that I have created: Importing Contact Payment Records, eliminating the need for additional steps. Our product team is responsible for reviewing this forum, and the more people that request this feature, the greater the chances of it being implemented in the future.
Furthermore, I would like to bring in some of our experts who may have valuable suggestions to offer.

Thanks for the tag @DianaGomez. @angus0817 it’s a bummer that Payments isn’t yet international. I see Diana answered the “is it possible” question.
For other ideas, it’s mostly upgrading to Enterprise, unfortunately. A custom object would be my first thought, but that’s Enterprise.
I wonder if thinking about Products might work. You could have a Product property of “paid” to help measure which products have brought in revenue. And you can do a Product import.
I might explore that route.

There is a public beta online that allows you to acutally use the Payment object as a regular object and IMPORT your third party payments without the need to connect to stripe or the HubSpot payment service!
