Can I import a list of contacts and also bring in some information to their associated company as well, all on the same line in Excel and on the same Excel sheet?
Any tips or things to look out for with this?

You can import and associate multiple objects or activities in one or two files. To associate records, include them in the same row of your file.
You can use sample files for common use cases like Contacts and companies, Contacts and tickets, and Companies and deals.
When importing in two files, each file represents one object or activity. Include a common column in both files to identify which records should be associated.
For example, Company Name can be a common column when importing and associating contacts and companies.
