Hey @DFenton -- Alex From the Import/Export team here.
This should be possible as it stands today to import multiple different line items per deal. You can of course include additional information in your file, and even information for other objects across rows, but if you were to run the following import, you’d update the one deal (referenced by the record ID in the “Deal ID” column) with 3 new associated line items.
