Is there a way to create a ‘thumbnail’ of an image and when clicked displays the image?

Could you please give us more information regarding where exactly you’d like to have a thumbnail of the image?
Is this on a blog post? Is this on the page listing all the blog posts?
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
