When sharing blog posts on social media, the thumbnail that goes with the link appears in both edit and preview mode, but occasionally does not appear when the post is published. We don’t know why it only happens for some posts and not others. We also don’t know which posts with links will drop the image and which will keep it before publishing since the image always appears in the preview.

This does look strange - I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and specific examples about this.

I’m having the same issue. When I change the Thumbnail to a blog in Hubspot it’s shown my newly chosen image, but when posted the Hubspot suggested image is there instead of my chosen/uploaded image. This happend already several times, and is realy anoying because we need to check everything and are switching to posting them manually because it is more relyable…
