Hello! I use Hubspot from inside of my Google Workspace inbox, and love the email open tracking that provides. Except that Hubspot logs me out on a regular basis, and I don’t usually notice when it happens, so I routinely have lapses in tracking. So annoying! Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas? Thanks!
HI @Caitiest ,
There are few troubleshoot tricks that you can check:
1. Check your browser settings and see if its automatically clear cookies or browsing data.
2. Check if any other browser extensions are interfering with HubSpot’s login session. Sometimes, third-party extensions can cause unexpected behavior.
3. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies manually to see if that resolves any underlying issues related to login sessions.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
I have the same problem, and it was never resolved. Did you find a solution?
Hi @AriKB,
Thank you for posting to the Community!
Were you able to try the steps that @DSharma02 mentioned in the Accepted Solution? Attaching them below for reference:
I also would like to bring to light this post where my colleague @kennedyp presented another solution as well!

1 & 3 seem straightforward, but how do we know #2… how do we know if something is interfering with hubspot’s login sessions. Can you please provide guidance here?
Hey @NCitrin,
Thanks for following up here!
I’d like to re-tag @DSharma02 into the conversation. In the meantime, I believe they’re referring the interferrence that extensions may sometimes cause technical issues in other programs. To test this, though, you would typically disable extensions and retrying the action by following something similar to these steps:
To disable browser extensions, open your browser’s menu (three dots/lines) and select “Extensions” or “Manage Extensions”. Toggle the switch to “off” or uncheck the box for the specific extension. On desktop, this is typically found under “More Tools” or “Add-ons”.
^These steps would depend on which browser you’re using. You can always google “How to disable extensions in ‘x’ browser” for assistance!
I hope this helps!
