I’m finding it frustrating that I get logged out of the Hubspot Gmail integration whenever I restart Chrome. Would it be possible to clearly diplay the account login status from the Gmail inbox page? That way, at least we’ll know to log back in again.

@EPrest1 a few questions to troubleshoot this:
1 - are you logging in to HubSpot with your gmail/google login?
2 - when you restart chrome, are you also logged out of google automatically?
3 - do you have access to more than one HubSpot account?

1. I log into Hubspot and the Gmail integration with my email address and password. The email address does happen to be hosted via Gmail, but I do not log in using my Google account itself.

Are you using any browser security tools, like a cookie blocker?

Hmm @EPrest1 this is an interesting one, there’s something in your browser or settings that’s causing you to be repeatedly logged out, it’s hard to narrow down what that is. I can confirm that this isn’t the expected behavior and in all my years of using the extension I’ve rarely ever been logged out.
I’ll do a little digging to see if I can find anything else that might cause this.

It’s useful to know that this isn’t expected behaviour. It’ll help me do a bit of triage/investigation at my end. I’ll test Chrome with all extensions disabled, as well as alternative browsers, and see what I can learn.
