Hubspot Reporting certification - cannot build custom reports

Hi,

I’ve completed 99% of the Hubspot Reporting course but just noticed that I cannot complete it fully because I don’t have access to custom reports on the Free account I use for all my coursework. It seems a bit wrong that you’re able to complete the course 99% but then can’t get the certification of completion due to that 1% missing for license type reasons.

Is there a way around this?

Thanks for reaching out. Are you using a different email address to log into the free account? Or are you using the same email address to log in both paid and free account?
