We work with a few business that rely on the Dynamics / HubSpot Integration and utilize the HubSpot Embed in their Dynamics environment to preview marketing activity while staying in Dynamics.
We’d love to see improvements made to the embed window. Right now, the window displays when a Contact is Sent a Marketing Email, but it skips the “Opens” and “Clicks” metrics that are displayed in HubSpot. The Salesforce integration supports syncing Marketing Emails from HubSpot to Salesforce as an activity that can be saved to the Timeline, but this isn’t an option with the Dynamics integration.
