Hi everyone,
I am currently using HubSpot Embed for Salesforce, which allows you to display an iframe on a Salesforce record showing the contact’s activities from HubSpot.
While setting up this feature, I noticed a limitation that, in my opinion, significantly reduces its usefulness.
For example, when a contact receives a marketing email, the iframe only displays the information “Email sent”. However, all other interactions recorded in HubSpot are not visible: email opens, link clicks, page views, content downloads, form submissions, etc.
This is a shame, as this information is valuable for sales teams. It helps them better understand a prospect’s engagement level directly from Salesforce, without having to open HubSpot.
My suggestion would therefore be either:
-
to display all interactions available in HubSpot within the iframe;
-
or, even better, to allow administrators to choose which activities they want to display in Salesforce, so they can tailor the level of detail to their needs.
I believe this improvement would add real value for Sales and Marketing teams who work daily between HubSpot and Salesforce.
If you think this idea is relevant, please vote for it so that it can be reviewed by the HubSpot teams. ![]()
Thanks everyone, and have a great day!
Sarah
