I suggest enhancing HubSpot notifications by displaying only summaries instead of the entire message when we click the notification bell. This change offers several advantages:

  1. Streamlined Interface: By showing summaries, we can significantly simplify the notification center, creating a cleaner and more user-friendly interface.
  2. Efficiency: Many users, including myself, click notifications to view messages at their source. Displaying the entire message in the notification feels wasteful and occupies unnecessary space.
  3. Enhanced Efficiency: This change can also improve efficiency further by allowing users to more easily scroll through multiple notifications, prioritizing what to address first.
  4. Option for Detail: If there’s a reason to include the entire message in the notification center, please consider adding an option to expand or collapse the list of messages in the notification center, allowing users to choose the level of detail they prefer.
