If a user in Hubspot receives a notification about an email, the email is shown in full length. However, this is pretty much annoying when trying to get an overview about recent notifications.
I suggest to add a notification option limiting previews of notification entries to X characters, so you could have anything between 30 charactes and like “unlimited”.
