I am taking the Service Hub Software Certification course, which has many modules and sub-lessons. How can I make sure that I have downloaded all the correct notes, slides, and study materials for every section?

To make sure you don’t miss any study materials in the Service Hub Software Certification course, follow this process:

  1. Open the course: Log in to HubSpot Academy and navigate to the Service Hub Software Certification.

  2. List all modules: Open the course curriculum and note down every module and its lessons.

  3. Check each lesson: Open each lesson individually and look for resource links, downloadable PDFs, presentation slides or attachments.

  4. Download available materials: Click the provided download links and save the files in a dedicated folder on your computer.

  5. Organize by module: Create separate folders for each module so you can easily find the relevant notes and slides later.

Tip: Some lessons may not have separate downloadable files. In those cases, use the lesson content and videos available directly in Academy as your study material.
