I am taking the certification course on Service Hub Software.
I follow every step indicated so I took the knowledge check until the end several times and I have seen the check icon appeared, and if I open the same page, it doesnt say I have validated the test.
I really want to achieve the certification so what’s happend is so annoying! Can you fix the issue?

I’m taking a look at your progress on the backend, and I can see that you’re missing a handful of course requirements (i.e. videos, quizzes, and practical exercises). Are you able to record a screen share of your progress on your end (we use Loom - it’s free)? This will help us better understand where we might be able to assist!
