I’m trying to access the Service Hub Software certification in HubSpot Academy. In the Academy catalog, the card appears as Service Hub Software and is labeled Certification, but when I click it, it only opens the same video page at academy.hubspot.com/courses/hubspot-service-software. I do not see a left sidebar/course outline, lesson list, assessment, or practical exercise — just the video page.
I’ve already searched for Service Hub Software, filtered to Certifications only, and confirmed the certification appears in the catalog. I also confirmed that HubSpot’s public certifications overview lists Service Hub Software as a certification. Could you help verify whether this certification is currently misrouting to a lesson/video page or if something is missing from my Academy view?
