It would be a great improvement to have a user-based column sorting & sizing in the helpdesk. Currently if 1 user changes the sorting or sizing of a column, it changes it for everyone using this view. Creating custom views per user is not really an option as I want the same information shared for everyone, yet people tend to like different sizes or sortings.
current status:
- changing sort order or column widths in Help Desk views currently affects all users of that view
desired status:
- team-wide visibility on data but per-user control of layout (columns, sizes, sort)
known workaround:
- creating separate custom views for every user - yet this is not scalable for support teams
