I have no idea why I have a hubspot profile and I have to accounts linked. I’m trying to delete my profile, but it is not allowing me to write my email in the text box to submit and confirm deletion.
I’ve cleared cache etc and tried using incognito and it still won’t work.
Any help appreciated!!

Hi Kristen,
I received an email from hubspot about my account. I didn’t recall creating an account as I have no reason to use hubspot, so to see if the email was spam I went to my browser to hubspot to check. I used that email address to log in and said forgot my password, knowing that I should only receive something if there was in fact an account. There was, and so I changed the password and logged and navigated to the profile area to delete the account.
It says to put your email address in the box that it has shadow filled already, but it won’t let me type anything, and so I can’t delete the profile.
I went on chat for assistance and the lady said that I don’t actually have any accounts attached, and she didn’t understand why and suggested I come to the community for help.
I don’t understand why Hubspot would have had my email address and full name to create a profile for me, without me knowing, and without any accounts / reason why I would have it?
I just want to delete it.
