Gravity Forms Connection Issue

Hi,

I was troubleshooting an issue with a workflow today when I realized that HubSpot isn’t integrating with Wordpress/Gravity Forms the way it did. Now when I try to connect using the Add-on, the page loops and redirects me back to Gravity Forms. There’s a message about permissions that flashes for a second before the redirect.

I’ve tried on three different browsers with no luck today.

Is there another way to connect this or troubleshoot the issue? Thanks!

Hi, @MGriendling Quick questions:

• Are you a super admin?
• If not, does your user have App Marketplace permissions? (Your super admin can verify this for you)
• I ask because integration permissions were updated and some-but-not-all will require “granting the user with these permissions does not work you will need to give them Super Admin permissions to resolve the error.” — Resolve a ‘Request for Integration Permissions’ error

Additionally, you may need to reach out to the Gravity Forms team directly as they support and maintain their integration.

Just to update you, it randomly resolved itself yesterday. If I had to guess, they were doing maintenance or updating the Add-on while I was trying to use it. Thanks again for your help!
