Currently, @mentions in internal comments do not trigger push notifications in Google Chat. I received a response from HubSpot support stating that internal comment notifications are not fully supported for Google Chat at this time. Please consider investigating a product update to enhance notification coverage for internal comments, specifically when commenting in the conversation inbox. While internal comments on notes and similar items are functioning properly, it would be very helpful to receive notifications for internal comments made in the conversation inbox.
