I created an alias withing gmail, that ends with a different url: When I try to connect it as a channel, it obviously doesnt exist through gmail. But Is became my main email for the company. Now my hubspot is connected but doesnt accepts the alias.. Any work around for this?

It seems you would like to connect the Gmail alias to the inbox in the tool Conversations?
If this is correct, I can confirm that this working as designed; it’s currently not possible to connect an email alias to the Conversations inbox.
@danmoyle and @Jnix284 shared some insights on this topic in their solutions to this Community post: Connecting alias e-mail to “Conversations”.
I also found a feature request in our Ideas forum where other customers are requesting this function: Sending from alias for a team email inbox in conversations. It would be great if you could support this idea with an upvote or a comment. Thank you! @BMoffat shared a workaround in the thread that involves email forwarding: See their comment here.
