Funnel Report MQL to SQL

Hi,

I’ve created a funnel report that shows how many contacts went from MQL to SQL and further. But for some reason it shows 0. I changed an MQL to SQL in December, but it still shows 0.

Hi @TheAki,

Two common misconceptions about this report, let’s clarify:

  • The report will only show records that entered the first defined step within the date range. Conversions to your second step that happened within that time frame but where the contact did not enter the first step within the date range are not included.
  • Unless you set the second step to optional, contact that skipped the second step will not be shown in the report.

Which means:

  • The conversions you’re looking are for contacts who didn’t enter the first step in the defined date range.
  • The conversions you’re looking for skipped the second step and went to step 3 directly.

Is there a way to see which contacts went from MQL to SQL in the date range, no matter if they were created before the date range?

@TheAki no - you would have to adjust the date range if you want to see the conversion rate in this report.
