We’re trying to make a report that shows all MQLs that are brand new and reconverted, broken down by month.
For example, if Jane Smith downloaded a guide in May 2022, and then enquired via the website in May 2023, we would want her to show up for May 2023 - but she isn’t! She’s still stuck in 2022.
Any ideas?

Hey @ALamont6 what are the filters you’re using on your report? Are you visualising based on when they became an MQL? If so it will only show contacts on the date they became an MQL.
One property that might be useful in your report is “recent conversion date”. This will update when the contact converts (such as on a form submission).
So if you wanted a list of all MQLs who have recently submit a form you might filter by something like:
“Lifecycle stage = MQL” AND “Recent conversion date is within the past 10 days” this will show all MQLs that have had a conversion in the past 10 days.
You can also add in a property for “became an marketing qualified lead date” which stores the date they became an MQL.
So you could say something like this, which would show all MQLs who became an MQL over 300 days ago and had a conversion in the past 10 days:
