There is a strong need for a form property that lets us set the form or submission type. This enhancement would enable us to easily pull this information into segment filters, workflow triggers, and branch filters.
For example, we could filter for contacts who have filled out any form submission on any page AND specify that the form type is equal to “Contact Request.”
Implementing this feature would significantly reduce the need for setup workarounds and criteria groups, and help ensure we capture important conversions.
