Moving your mouse over the “Create form” button and waiting for the tool tip should tell you the reason. Can you do that and share a screenshot?

Hello, the message displayed by the “Create” and “Edit” buttons is: “You do not have the required permissions to perform this action.” When I try to reply and upload a screenshot as an attachment, I receive the following error message: “An error occurred: Sorry, you cannot embed media items in the post.”
@LanJinMetal that suggests you are not a super admin. Are you 100% sure you have super admin status? If so, I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support in-app about this issue, via chat or email.
