Account is restricted. I’m unable to create form account was restricted
Hi Adenike, it looks like your account itself isn’t restricted. You currently don’t have the required permission to create forms. Please ask your HubSpot Super Admin to grant you permission to create/edit forms. Once the permission is enabled, you should be able to create the form normally.

This doesn’t read like an account restriction and more so like a lack of permissions. Reach out to an admin and ask them to give you form editing permissions: Manage user permissions
