I created a form to collect info from visitors at live events (popups). I use the same Ipad. After one person completes, it provides that confirm that the form has been submitted. Is there a way to have it automatically go to a blank form screen, ready for input by the next visitor? Hitting reset button or copying and pasting (inefficient) is not working or leaving the form with prior guest info in it which has to be manually deleted.

In the Options tab of the form editor, you can specify “What should happen after a visitor submits this form”. Click “Redirect to another page” and simply add the link of your form / landing page here again.
While you’re in this section of the tool, also enable the “Always create contact for new email address” option. This should automatically disable “Pre-populate contact fields with known values” as well. Now when the page reloads, the form should be empty and create a new contact instead of updating the same contact in its place.
