Follow-up emails - Workflow or Sequences?

Can we send automated follow-up emails (based on opened, clicked on a certain link) through workflows, or can it be done only through Sequences?

Hi @karanka,

You can accomplish this through workflows automatically. You wouldn’t be able to auto-enroll someone to a sequence.

Your enrollment criteria would use Marketing Emails, then choose the relevant email, followed by Contact Clicked Link in an Email.
