We currently can create a list and pick a deactivated user one by one, this is great!
But for large companies, that overtime might have a lot of deactivated users, it would be good to be able to filter by deactivated users without necessarily picking every single name. So my suggestion is to keep what is available, but include an option to select all deactivated users. This option is only available under Lists, maybe we could also have it under contacts view.
