List results are currently including results of deactivated users. IT would be great to include a status property to include in the list as to avoid bringing in data from a deactivated user
Most tools have the ability to filter so that you can focus on only ACTIVE users. I Agree this is definitely a shortfall. At a minimum, we should be able to create a list to isolate them.
Hi all, thank you for sharing your feedback!
We put into beta yesterday a new User table (Settings > Users & Teams) and in addition to adding advanced filtering and new user data like connected account information, we’ve added a quick filter to let you see your active users - just filter “Invite Status” for “Invite Accepted”. If you need to get more specific, you can do so using the advanced filtering.
You can join this beta by going to Product Updates and clicking “Join Beta” for “[Public Beta] Updated User Table with Additional Data and Filtering”.
Please feel free to share any feedback here!
We need to filter for active users. ‘Invite accepted’ includes those who were once active but are now deactivated.
When auditng and modifying accesses this will save large amounts of time.
A report for all users with their accesses would also be a time saver.
thanks for considering this
Hello! My name is Hallie, and I’m a Program Manager on the CXM Team. I’m marking this as ‘Delivered’ because a filter on the Users & Teams page was added where you can filter by status, and there are additional filters available if you need to narrow it down further. For example, you could find active users this year with the following advanced filters, if you wanted to ensure the users have been active in a given time period.
If there are other aspects that you’re still hoping to see that the advanced filters don’t quite solve for, please leave a comment here. Alternatively, you’re welcome to open a new idea for the missing aspect. Thank you!
