We are looking for a way to file the emails we have logged under one company as they relate to different deals. We use the Outlook extension so don’t use Hubspot as the main email, does anyone have any ideas please?

Those emails are logged to the company and you want to see them on certain deals? You can associate them with deals by following these steps: Associate activities with records
When logging the email in Outlook, you can also directly specify which records to log the email to. Let me know if you’re not seeing this option.

We don’t want to see them on certian deals, we want to create a filing system within the company as currently the emails are just shown as one long list. We have different deals going on with one company relating to different aircraft, so to make it easier we want to be able to create folders to see which emails relate to which aircraft?
I don’t think from what I’ve read that this is possible within Hubspot?
@JSamuel85 no, HubSpot does not support moving emails on records into folders.
