Would like to have the ability to do the following for documents stored in Hubspot file manager:

  • Add new versions of the document but specify an effective date/time at which the new document version would become available.
  • Be able to specify document expiration dates.
  • Send alerts on expiring documents.
  • Do all of the above while keeping the document URL the same.
  • Do all of the above from the user interface without doing this via HUbspot APIs.

Versioning of documents is super important to us. At the moment we cannot use the Hubspot Document system as we cannot upload a new version of a document using the same URL.
