I am calling on the HubSpot community because I’m looking for a existing solution to track the latest version of a document sent to a client.
This contract can be a simple file attached to an email or, for heavier files, a link to wetransfer.
Can someone help me with this?

Could you specify what you mean by “tracking the latest version of a document”? Are you looking for a digital asset management solution, making sure that outdated files aren’t used?

Correct, for a given contact, I want to be able to see which version was
sent when.
In addition, this could equally be a file or a link to file-transfer
service provider.
