Fields in the conversation view?

Hello,

Is there a way to remove some of the fields/categories on the right sidebar of the conversation view?

Hi @DLoszewski,

As far as I know, this can not yet be customized. There are ways for removing these sections for the contact record view (right sidebar, under Settings > Objects > Contacts > Record customization), but they don’t affect the sidebar in the conversations inbox.

Thanks, this is unfortunate, I’m finding that Hubspot is far less customizable than the sales person first let me to believe.
