OK so I’ve done the hard bit, integrating Facebook Leads & tested that leads are imported.

How do I get notification that a new lead has arrived into hubspot?

I understand that you are trying to set up the notifications for your FB leads syncing. The steps on how to set this up can be found here:

Yes. If you’re creating a new lead generation ad campaign in HubSpot:

  • Click the Automation tab.
  • Click Basic automation.
  • Click the Send new contact notification to dropdown menu, then select a user or enter a new email address to receive notifications when a new contact converts on your lead ad.

Thanks Diana, however this doesn’t seem to apply, I did not set up the lead form in Hubspot, I have synced my FB ad account with Hubspot & all the past Leads have been imported. However I want to receive notification when a new lead is added.

Hi @JMac5 after connecting the Facebook account the contacts sync, however the idea, according to what I understand is that you like a notification every time a lead is added.

So, in order to get this notification, you will need to have a Facebook ad created and follow the instructions I mentioned. This way every time

someone submits your Facebook lead ad you will receive a notification of the new lead :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks Diana, yes I see that, but its only if I create the Ad/Lead form in Hubspot. I already have Ads running in Facebook & have synced contacts to Hubspot BUT I don’t get notified when a new lead is made in the Facebook form even though the lead is added to Hubspot.
