Hi,

We have integrated Facebook ad account with HubSpot and run lead generation ads with forms.

But not able to see those leads in HubSpot even after some of the users submitted data through facebook ads.

We have made every setting required and asked by customer support team but still not able to see any leads in CRM from Facebook ads form.

After connecting your ad account, confirm that lead syncing has been enabled for the page in HubSpot:

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
  • Click the Lead syncing tab. Then, in the Facebook section, review the connect pages.
  • If the Facebook page is not displaying, try connecting the page:
    • In the upper right, click Connect.
    • In the dialog box, select Facebook.
    • Select the checkbox next to a Facebook page to turn lead syncing on.
    • Click Save.

Hello!
I have a similar problem. I have connected my Facebook ad account to HubSpot. What I want now is to get a notification message when new leads come to my iPhone. I have the app and everything is turned on so I don’t understand why the notifications don’t work when new customers arrive.
