Error : Something went wrong. Please try refreshing.

Hi, Dear Hubspot team,

I have created a new landing page, also optimized the landing page, but I am getting error : “Something went wrong. Please try refreshing” error while I am publishing. I have tried it on the different browser still its giving same error.

Please guide to fix the issue.

Hey @Vmarketing, thanks for sharing!

The “something went wrong” errors in HubSpot are fairly common and are typically resolved by waiting a short while and trying again.

If that’s still not doing it, I would:

  1. Make sure that no other HubSpot users currently have the page editor open
  2. See if another user from your HubSpot account is able to publish the page
  3. Try signing out of HubSpot and signing back in
  4. Trying using an incognito tab to access HubSpot and publish the page

What @jolle said. I see it from time to time and it’s frustrating. But ultimately it corrects itself.

first of all thank you for sharing this solution.

Unfortunately I have the same issue since yesterday but I cannot solve it:

  1. Make sure that no other HubSpot users currently have the page editor open >> Checked
  2. See if another user from your HubSpot account is able to publish the page >> Checked
  3. Try signing out of HubSpot and signing back in >> Done
  4. Trying using an incognito tab to access HubSpot and publish the page >> Done

But it still doesn’t work. Same error again and again. It is absolutely frustrating :disappointed_face:

Any additonal suggestion for me?
