I have asked for Hubspot help and they sent me here.
The changes all save but they won’t update to be published.. Please help.

It sounds like your changes are saving but not reflecting on the live page. Something worth checking while we wait for some peer suggestions:
There’s a known distinction between saving and publishing in HubSpot’s page editor, and sometimes the publish action needs to be explicitly confirmed. Please also free to also share the error you’re seeing on your end as well specifically when this occurring.
Also tagging in some of our top contributors to see if they have any tips and tricks on this!

I am not sure what that means, are you saying I might be mixing up the two buttons? Lol
Changes were publishing adn then when I have tried to do more they have stopped publishing. It gives an error each time.

Myramyra, Can you share a screenshot of the error you are receiving when trying to publish? The specific verbiage often gives pretty good indicators of what is stopping the action, we should be able to troubleshoot a bit with that info.
Also, if you view the “Version History” does it show your changes saving accurately? Let me know if you can see your changes there and if it says “Saved” like in my screenshot or something else, and send over that screenshot of the error, and we’ll see what we can figure out!

I checked every link to make sure it wasn’t broken. I signed in and out. Closed every window. I went through incognito. Nothing worked.
Thankfully even thought it wasn’t updating it had been saving everything each time.
The only effective solution was to create a clone of my home page , ensuring that all changes were saved somewhere.
I then reverted to a version before the making of updates 200 began. 
I’m talking like hours worth of work reverting.
Once I tested that that version was allowing updates I had to reset each change (copy and paste what I could from the clone) and ensure that it was updated every small change each time. I never caught where the issue was because I made the same changes but no system error for updating 
This was not an efficient use of time, but it did result in an updated version.
