When I try to import a register of mail conversation, Hubspot displays this error:
In the file there are around 104 email conversations registered, but they are associated to 15 contacts, so we are not reaching the limit of 1,000, because in the system there are only 405 contacts, and 405 + 15 is less than 1,000.
I spoke with support and they commented that it could be a platform error, it has been a week since it happen for first time, but before I did with other document and it worked.
Does anyone know how to manage this problem?
Hi Raquel,
Just checking something first, when your uploading the converatisons are you using the unique ID it idenitify it to the contacts and ensuring they are being updated rather than importing a ‘new’ contact for each?
Another thing to look at is how many contacts have you deleted in your current ‘billing month’. It could be that you have deleted some contacts but the system has not refreshed the contact yet as it has not moved onto the next cycle.
Other than that, I am not sure what support I can offer, but I hope it helps.
